Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, accessing, or using Broadway Kids, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our educational platform.
These terms establish a legal agreement between Broadway Kids and the parent or legal guardian creating the account on behalf of a child.
Eligibility
Our platform is designed to teach children coding, AI, and robotics. However, for legal and safety reasons, the following apply:

Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old.

The parent/guardian remains entirely responsible for all activities that occur under the account.

Children under 13 may use the platform only with verifiable parental consent in accordance with COPPA regulations.
User Responsibilities
As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for monitoring your child's usage of the Broadway Kids platform. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials secure. Please ensure your child understands the platform's community guidelines before interacting in group projects.
Course Access & Usage
Upon subscribing, Broadway Kids grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our educational content for personal, non-commercial use. Account sharing outside of your immediate household is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Payments & Refund Policy
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- If your child does not enjoy the platform, you may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
All videos, interactive projects, games, text, and platform code are the exclusive property of Broadway Kids and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our educational materials without explicit written permission.

Platform Conduct
Broadway Kids fosters a positive, encouraging environment. When interacting in community projects or forums, users must adhere to strict conduct guidelines:
- No cyberbullying, harassment, or use of inappropriate language.
